Since 2003, he has held the license of a licensed tax advisor. From 2013 to 2018, he was a managing partner in the legal and tax advisory department in Poland. Tomasz has extensive experience in leading comprehensive tax optimization projects for companies, mainly in the field of corporate income tax, VAT, excise duties, customs, and other public-law burdens. In his professional practice, Tomasz led teams that verified clients’ existing business structures and provided comprehensive assistance in preparing and then implementing tax-effective solutions. Tomasz has been a speaker at many national and international conferences on tax law and is the author of numerous articles on tax matters published in industry press.
