Academic and teaching staff member of the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw from 1988 to 1998. For over 25 years, he has been involved in consumer psychology and market research. He has worked in research agencies such as DEMOSKOP, IQS, Quant Group, and 4P Research Mix. From 2013 to 2016, he served as the Business Development Director at Millward Brown. He specializes in psychographic research and analysis of consumers as well as the psychology of marketing communication. He has published in journals such as Harvard Business Review and Marketing in Practice. The author of the book 'Consumer Psychographics’ (in print). He also lectures at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw and in postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
