dr hab. Katarzyna Dziewanowska, prof UW
Assistant Professor, Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, she defended her doctoral thesis on consumer loyalty in the mobile phone market in 2008.
Since then, she has been working at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, where she conducts classes in the form of exercises, lectures, and seminars for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate studies in various areas of consumer behavior and marketing, including relational, service, institutional, and international marketing. During classes, she utilizes active teaching methods such as discussions, case study analyses, and projects. She is the supervisor of numerous bachelor’s and master’s theses.
In addition to her teaching work, she is actively involved in research. She participated in a grant funded by the National Science Centre and implemented numerous research projects on customer satisfaction and loyalty, consumer experiences, and co-creating value. As a result of these activities, three book publications and numerous articles in Polish and international scientific journals, of which she is the author and co-author, have been published.
In her free time, she enjoys running and horseback riding, engages in sensational reading, takes photographs, and plans her next trips.
