Associate at PwC Specializes in banking law, ESG regulations, and capital market law. Holds the Expert in Sustainable Finance (CESFi) certification from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. In her professional practice, she deals with the implementation of ESG regulations into the activities of financial institutions and entities related to the financial market, especially in the area of ESG disclosures of financial institutions (SFDR), non-financial reporting (Taxonomy, NFRD/CSRD), implementation of ESG aspects into sectoral laws (MiFID II, IDD, Solvency II, AIFMD, UCITS), sustainable value chain management (CSDD), and greenwashing risk mitigation. She serves as an expert in working groups of the Polish Bank Association, where she co-created interpretative explanations in the ESG area for the financial sector (Explanations I-III regarding Taxonomy and Explanation I regarding MiFID II). She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, as well as a postgraduate program in Capital Market Law at the Warsaw School of Economics.
