A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and a participant of the Erasmus programs at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, ​​EDGE x Scottish Enterprise and SAIPEKS at Kyungpook National University. A retail enthusiast and expert in the fashion industry with over 10 years of experience in marketing, omnichannel and sales support for the Vistula, W.KRUK, Atlantic, Deni Cler, Reebok and adidas brands. Justyna has experience in planning and implementing projects in the field of premium brand building and „best in class” experiences at the point of sale. Currently, he manages DTC&VM Marketing teams responsible for openings and ongoing communication in adidas stores in the Eastern European region. The team’s flagship project is adidas WARSZAWA – the largest and most modern sports store in the region, a creative space and cultural place for Gen Z, compliant with LEED certification. In his daily work, he focuses on the needs of the young generation, creating marketing communication consistent with ESG assumptions. Privately, she is a mother of three children and a lover of singing and winter swimming.
