PhD, Associate Professor
Holds the position of a professor at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. Her research interests include digital consumer behavior, experiential marketing, and research methodology considering biometrics. With 20 years of experience in lecturing, conducting exercises, tutorials, and seminars in various types of studies in consumer behavior, sociology, and marketing, she ensures that the knowledge she imparts extends beyond existing theories by actively engaging in scientific research and directing research grants related to market behavior. Author and co-author of three books on experiential marketing and dozens of articles published in journals such as the „European Management Journal,” „Journal of Services Marketing,” and „Journal of Customer Behaviour.”
